By training in Kung‑Fu, you will become stronger, more flexible, more focused, more relaxed than ever before. Lose weight, build muscle, and develop overall health, while learning a traditional style of self-defense that has endured for centuries. Students learn the four basic skills of Kung‑Fu: Da-Striking, Tehk-Kicking, Suht-Throwing, and Na-Seizing/Grappling, along with escapes from holds, weapons training, strength and conditioning, and flexibility training, all in a friendly, supportive atmosphere.
